Mainly responsible for the research and development management and project promotion of gallium nitride power chip technology, communicating with other departments on chip casting, testing, analysis and other supporting work, organizing and coordinating the work of the device department, tracking and advancing project progress, and coordinating the allocation of human resources and other resources.

The main responsibilities of the project team are:

Design the structure of silicon-based gallium nitride power devices and work with process engineers to design a reasonable process flow;

Characterize and analyze the electrical performance of the device, and propose solutions to improve the structure and performance of the device based on physical analysis;

Collaborate with application engineers to understand the application and customer needs, and make corresponding improvements to devices.

More than 5 years of project management and promotion experience;

Have a strong background in electronics or physics, and have good experience in semiconductor device physics and technology;

Able to analyze and solve problems in depth; It is better to have the ability to analyze data using statistical tools;

Has good learning ability and teamwork spirit;

Good professional ethics, including maintaining company confidentiality and safeguarding company rights.

Develop equipment process planning to meet the company's product requirements and achieve efficiency optimization by minimizing costs;

Develop equipment procurement to ensure that the purchased equipment meets the process equipment planning and is implemented effectively;

Equipment process debugging, product development, and achieving goals on schedule according to production plans;

Personnel recruitment and training, through rapid recruitment and training of new personnel, to achieve the growth of process personnel and meet the needs of process debugging;

Develop SOP/OCAP/engineering personnel operation manuals and other documents;

Improve and optimize specific projects, enhance and transform equipment functions, and achieve improved product quality.

More than 10 years of experience in chip equipment and research and development, with at least 2 years of expert experience;

Experience in power device chips, GaN related is preferred;

Proficient in thin film and etching processes, familiar with wet and yellow light processes.

Develop and implement research and development plans for the company's chip technology direction;

Improve the management system and institutional documents of the chip process department;

Responsible for daily maintenance of on-site processes and SPC monitoring management;

Responsible for investigating and handling process anomalies, as well as handling abnormal products;

Responsible for new equipment process debugging, capacity optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement project work;

Participate in the development of process specification documents and operation manuals, responsible for skill training for operators and process technicians;

Conduct process optimization, improvement work, collaborate with other departments such as PIE to import products.

More than 10 years of experience in chip technology and research and development, with at least 2 years of expert experience;

Experience in power device chips, GaN related is preferred;
